Research topic: Characterization of the γ-glutamyl-hydrolase IpuF, an enzyme involved in the transformation of isopropylamine to L-alaninol by Pseudomonas sp., for biotechnological purpose.

Supervision
Since 2015 Head of a research group at IBENS (4-9 members).
Supervision of three post-doctoral fellows, three PhD students, eighteen students (two rotation students, nine Master’s degree and seven undergraduates), two engineers and a technician. Regular hosting of undergraduate students for theoretical or practical mini-projects.
2003 - 2013 Co-supervision of a research engineer and a bio-informatician. Supervision of an assistant engineer and three Bachelor’s degree students for summer laboratory training periods.

Biology Advanced knowledge of usual concepts and techniques in molecular and cellular biology, RNA and protein biochemistry, genetics of eukaryotes and prokaryotes, microbiology, host-pathogen interactions. Personal licence for experimentation on mammalian organisms.
Informatics Programming: LaTeX, HTML and PHP; practical use of biological analysis and office softwares under MacOS and Windows systems, as well as of online databases. Member of IBENS web team.
